A rule that creates zoning volumes on parcels. The shape of the volume can be customized for street setback, side setback, maximum height, and step back angle from parcel edge. They are color coded by zoning class, but that color and the volume’s transparency can be customized. This rule was used to generate buildable volumes for the Honolulu Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project.
